If at any time rotaryvivah.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, or violated any provisions of the Terms of Use, applicable laws, rotaryvivah.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

By using this Site you acknowledge that the match mails or the match search results shown to you by the system are based on the partner preference details submitted by you in your profile.

We reserves the right to share information with third parties with regards to any promotions or offers exclusive to our members. However, we shall obtain your prior consent before sharing any of your data.

Registration

1. We expect that you will carry out the online registration process honestly and fairly by providing genuine, accurate, current, and complete information as well as by uploading recent images of yourself that will enable you to meet the requirements. Before entering the information, choosing an option, or uploading a photo, we require you to read the pertinent column. You are asked not to enter profile information in any field other than the one that applies, including fields for other platforms, websites, or apps, or fields where you have already entered the same information. This also applies to other photos.


2. If at any time rotaryvivah.com learns, receives information from a third party to that effect, or has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information you have provided for registration (including photos) or otherwise is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, we shall have the right to suspend or terminate (without prior notice) your membership, forfeit any money you have paid towards the membership fee, and discontinue providing services to you going forward.


3. We also reserve the right to block the registration of your profile on Website/App, if any, in the case of your contact details/links being entered in irrelevant fields or if there are errors in any data entered by the members in their profile.


4. Registration of duplicate profiles of the same person is not allowed in the Website/App. BM shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) such duplicate profile.


5. You acknowledge and affirm that the sole purpose of your registration with rotaryvivah.com and use of its services is to find a spouse, and nothing else. Only the registered individual member is permitted to get Membership. Organisations, corporations, businesses, and/or people engaged in comparable or rival business activities are not permitted to join, and they are not permitted to use the Service or the data of members for any commercial purposes. Rotaryvivah.com retains the right to take the necessary legal action if these restrictions are broken.

Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized access/use of your account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

Termination and Term.

As long as you use our site, this Agreement will be operative, valid, and continuing. By deleting your profile from the website or sending a letter to Shaadi.com, you can cancel your membership at any time and for any reason. Except where expressly guaranteed in writing, you will not be entitled to a return of any unused subscription costs paid by you if you decide to cancel your membership.

Rotaryvivah.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason including but not limited to the breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purposes, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, by sending notice to you at the email address as provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to Shaadi.com. If Shaadi.com terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any Subscription fees, if any, paid by you.

Role and Responsibility of Member

1. You, shall safeguard your profile information by creating a strong password during profile creation with combination of alphabets, both upper and lower case and numbers.


2. Any information / data required by us for using the services shall be provided by the Member, as and when so sought by rotaryvivah.com.


3. You are requested to verify the credentials of the prospect, exercise due care and caution regarding their profile information which includes marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc. and satisfy yourself before making a choice of your match. We shall not be liable for short coming due to any misrepresentations made by any of its BM members.


4. members are expected to disclose their health records during profile enrollment which includes any pre-existing illness, physical disability etc. Non - disclosure at the time of enrollment shall be treated as violation of the terms and conditions

Members are advised to refrain from :

1. Entering into any financial transactions with prospects. Members shall not seek financial help or provide financial help from / to the other Member


2. Using abusive language when they communicate with the other Members


3. being discriminative or using racial comments etc.
4. Sharing of confidential and personal data with each other but not limited to sharing of bank details, etc.


5. Entering into physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.


6. violating any law for the time being in force.


7. From mentioning details of other matrimonial services while sending personalized messages

Members are expected to be cautious of prospects who ask for favours, money etc or call from multiple phone numbers, only interact over phone, doesn't come forward for face to face meeting (physically or through video calls) and don’t involve family and friends in match making. Beware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.

Non-Commercial Use by Members.

The Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of generating accepts from relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to rotaryvivah.com or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses cannot become Members of Shaadi.com and should not use the Shaadi.com Service or Site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Other Terms

You confirm that the Content, information including the personal information provided by you is correct and accurate. If you are creating the profile on behalf of your friend/sibling/children, you hereby agree that you have the required permission/consent from the particular person whose profile is created on Shaadi.com by you. Impersonation is a crime and punishable under various laws..

Except for the purpose of promoting/advertising your profile for matchmaking purposes, you cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service.

You shall interact with other members with due respect

1. You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with rotaryvivah.com and/or its members.

You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to rotaryvivah.com are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and shall be at the member's/person's sole risks and consequences. This means that you are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. We do not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.
